Day 11
Sho tried to sleep, but the noise from outside his room are getting louder and louder. He had to wake up early tomorrow for the concert’s rehearsal, but the footsteps outside never stopped. Feeling angry, he went out to see what’s going on, and there he was, his bandmate Aiba Masaki was going back and forth in front his room, wearing only a robe.
“Aiba-chan?” Sho called, looked at him in wonder. “What are you doing?” He asked. The little man smiled at him widely, as if he finally found his hope.
“Sho-chan!” He jumped and went toward him “Actually..” He started and looked at Sho with his anxious eyes “I locked myself outside my room again, can I stay with you tonight?” He asked, and Sho’s jaw dropped.
“Like this! Come inside quickly before you catch a cold, I’ll give you some of my clothes” He ordered and pulled him inside before anyone could see them. Sho gets out one of his pajama and gave it to Masaki, then he prepared the bed for him. He was very worried about Masaki since he catches a cold easily. After that, they both slept on Sho’s double bed, Sho makes sure that Masaki is covered probably by the blanket, and he is asleep.
Nothing was wrong about that, they are members of the same band, and they have been together for 17 years, and this isn’t the first time they sleep in the same bed. But, Sho felt an ache in his heart every time Masaki be that close to him, yes he loves him, but all he can do is to watch him from far away, it’s hard sometimes to be in love with your bandmate. Sho hoped one day Masaki will look at him and notice these eyes full of love, maybe that way is easy for both of them, just if he only could look at him and feels the love.
Sho stared at Masaki’s back with his sad eyes, he stroked his hair softly, hoping the other will not wake up. Sho gets nearer to Masaki and placed a gentle kiss on his forehead, then he looked at his peaceful sleeping face. He smiled bitterly and whispered. “Why can’t you see that I’m in love with you…” One tear fall down from his eyes to Masaki’s face, he quickly wipes them and gets off of the bed, it’s better for him to sleep on the couch instead of doing something else and regret it later.
That night, Sho tried of barring his tears from falling, and that night, he doesn't know… that Masaki wasn’t asleep…
